Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Calmtee, you agree to the policy described below. These terms are designed to clearly outline our return and refund procedures. This policy applies to orders within the United States.

A. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

We provide a 30-day return timeframe. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

B. MISSING RETURN LABEL?

No worries—our packages do not contain a return label by default. Just send an email to [email protected], and we’ll help guide you through the return or exchange process.

C. HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include the following in your request:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., screenshot of order confirmation)

  • Reason for the return

To help us expedite the process, include a photo or video of the defective or damaged item if requesting a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and assess your return (usually within 24 hours of delivery), we’ll send a confirmation email. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days. Please note, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

D. WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We process exchanges for items that are damaged, incorrectly shipped, or the wrong size per your order. To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected].

E. EXCHANGING AN ITEM

We only replace products that arrive faulty, damaged, or not matching your order. For exchanges, reach out to [email protected].

– Return shipping fees will not apply for defective items.

F. REFUND TIMING

Once we’ve received and examined your returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take extra time to complete the transaction and reflect the refund.

G. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be available depending on how far along the production process is.

Make sure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any resulting costs. Thank you for your understanding.
