By placing an order through Calmtee, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are established to ensure transparency in our return and refund process. The following policies apply exclusively to the United States.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL

No worries—our packages do not include return labels. Simply contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you in processing your return or exchange.

C. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (Screenshot of order details)

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or a video of the defective or damaged product to support your refund or replacement request

Once we receive and verify your return (typically within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive a confirmation email. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

D. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We accept exchanges for items that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or not the correct size as per your order. If you need an exchange, kindly reach out to us at [email protected].

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, incorrect, or the wrong size. If you require an exchange, please contact us at [email protected].

  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees on defective items.

F. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

G. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this timeframe, cancellations may no longer be possible depending on the order’s processing stage.

Before placing an order, kindly ensure that your shipping address is correct, including the street name and house number. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any associated loss. We appreciate your understanding.
